<b>Location.</b> This extraordinary oceanfront condominium community is located on St. Simons Island, the largest in a chain of nine barrier islands off Georgia's southern coast. Beautifully landscaped grounds add to the natural ambience of the island, which is dotted with mossy oaks and belted by sandy beaches. A small gazebo offers a shaded location next to a lagoon complete with a fountain. St. Simons offers a plethora of recreational activities, from bicycle rides and walks, to golf and tennis, to fishing and boating, there is something for just about everyone. <br><br><b>Hotel Features.</b> Guests enter through private gates and enjoy complimentary covered parking and 24-hour security. Other features include an outdoor pool, barbeque grills, a whirlpool and beach access. <br><br><b>Guestrooms.</b> Each of the air-conditioned condo-style units contains three-bedrooms and three-bathrooms. Balconies and patios provide stunning views of the ocean, and each apartment has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker and dishwasher. Other amenities include cable television, telephones with voicemail, and washers and dryers. ResortQuest St. Simons Grand features comfortable accommodations and modern amenities in a beautiful seaside location. <br><br><b>Expert Tip.</b> Go bird watching by kayak. Over 70% of Georgia's bird species can be seen in the sea islands, while paddling through the marshlands, small rivers and tidal creeks.
Guests under 25 years of age are not allowed on property unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under age 25. Chaperoned groups are not permitted. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit/rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.<br><br> A damage waiver charge of $50 is collected at check-in.<br><br> Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition.<br><br> Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.<br><br> Due to housekeeping standards, not all units will be ready for check-in at 4 p.m. Specific unit assignment and views are not guaranteed.
