<b>Location.</b> Shipwatch has long been an island favorite for family vacations, weekend get-a-ways or multiple month escapes from cold northern winters. This oceanfront condominium community is located on St. Simons Island, the largest in a chain of nine barrier islands off Georgia's southern coast. Just a short walk from the property is the historic Coast Guard Station. Beautifully landscaped grounds and over 300 days of sunshine per year add to the natural ambience of the island, which is dotted with mossy oaks and belted by sandy beaches. St. Simons offers a plethora of recreational activities. From bicycle rides and nature walks, to golf and tennis, to fishing and boating, there is something for just about everyone. <br><br><b>Hotel Features.</b> Resort amenities include an outdoor pool, a whirlpool and direct beach access. Bicycles can be rented on-site and parking is complimentary. <br><br><b>Guestrooms.</b> Each of the air-conditioned condo-style units contains two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms. Each apartment has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker and dishwasher. Other amenities include cable television, telephones with voice mail and laundry machines. <br><br> With wonderful accommodations and modern amenities, the ResortQuest Shipwatch makes a great Georgian retreat. <br><br><b>Expert Tip.</b> Rent a beach cruiser and ride the low-tide strands and bike paths to most of St. Simon's landmarks.
Guests under 25 years of age are not allowed on property unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under age 25. Chaperoned groups are not permitted. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit/rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.<br><br> Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition.<br><br> Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft and RVs are not allowed.<br><br> Photo identification, damage waiver of $50 and credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at check-in for any incidental charges.<br><br> Due to housekeeping standards, not all units will be ready for check-in at 4 p.m. Specific unit assignments and views are not guaranteed.
